We are proud to say we got highly commended - our technical skills let us down but considering we made it in Cambodia with solar panels and a cheapo video machine we did well. It is about the Kidnapping of Melissa Himes by the Khmer Rouge (General Paet) in 1994. Note the first few seconds are a white screen with voice over to set the scene - so be patient.
